No kidding... imagine an event where you could walk in, pay $10 and consume all the chocolate you can put in your mouth over six hours time? Well, few of us are that gluttenous, but there is indeed an event like that. The 7th Annual Chocolate Lovers Festival will be held in Eureka Springs February 11th and 12th at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks.
The festival has expanded this year — there's a seminar Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., "Experiencing Life Through Chocolate." There's a St. Valentine's Ball that Saturday night. The big event is "A Celebration of Chocolate," where you go in and get your little take-home box and fill it up with all the chocolate you can muster. And taste. Last year there was everything from chocolate covered cherries and nuts to four different chocolate fountains to hot chocolate to chocolate coffee to chocolate covered just about anything. Amazingly chocolately. You'll walk out smelling like chocolate.
