Before the food trucks came, there was Paizi's.

I’ve had a few people mention to me this truck selling gyros in the Toys-R-Us parking lot in Fort Smith. My photographer even mentioned it to me. So yeah, I had to go check it out.

What I discovered was Paizi’s Gyros, an old favorite in a new place… an old favorite I usually enjoy only once a year. Usually in October.
