After Hank's closed, it was succeeded briefly by Tony's Dog House. My aunts and uncles ran quality tourist courts -- the Acme and Colonial -- in vicinity of those restaurants and often referred their guests there. Bruno's now lives on on Little Rock's resurgent Main Street. jerdeanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12477842092181815010noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-254227285674003534.post-61318266780326114382021-07-28T18:56:52.580-05:002021-07-28T18:56:52.580-05:00Does anyone remember Rossi brothers cafe on 4rth a...Does anyone remember Rossi brothers cafe on 4rth and Louisiana street in Little Rock John Woodsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16293580019783342322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-254227285674003534.post-84169674974296238622021-07-28T18:56:51.925-05:002021-07-28T18:56:51.925-05:00Does anyone remember Rossi brothers cafe on 4rth a...Does anyone remember Rossi brothers cafe on 4rth and Louisiana street in Little Rock John Woodsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16293580019783342322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-254227285674003534.post-76279376271803235942020-09-23T14:38:28.195-05:002020-09-23T14:38:28.195-05:00That legendary chili dog place you seek to recall ...That legendary chili dog place you seek to recall was Perciful's, adjacent to the state fairgrounds on West Roosevelt Road. From 1949 to 1978 it was Bruno's Little Italy, 3400 W. Roosevelt Rd., and before that Harry's Fried Chicken restaurant. I know because I grew up in the house on the back parking lot.
